I told them that was a ridiculous price and it was inappropriate not to tell someone it costs that much before hand. I thought nothing of it, and agreed since she was offering, turns out that little procedure cost $80. I said okay, and she asked if I would like her to just freeze it off real quick tho. I went in for a specific issue (again to which she said was no big deal) and she told me it would go away on its own. I pointed out a spot I was worried about and she took a quick look and said "It's nothing." I trust that she knows what she is talking about, but there is a general rudeness to her tone. When I got in she was very blunt and would sometimes cut me off before I asked a question. I waited 45 minutes even though I was the FIRST appointment that day. ![]()
